- Hydration is key. Clean spring or distilled drinking water. Avoid heavy metals like sodium fluoride.
- Eat more organic plant-based whole foods (nutrient rich). Avoid & minimize processed foods (nutrient depleted and riddled with chemicals). You are what you eat.
- Avoid and limit toxic environmental chemicals. Skin and hair products, cleaning products, toxic candles & air fresheners, yard and garden herbicides/pesticides
- Think positive thoughts. You are what you think. Eliminate things that no longer serve you and surround yourself with like-minded positive individuals. Meditate.
- Move. Stay active. Walk, hike, yoga, gardening, workout and play sports.
